Woe

  • Theatre
English /

Three teenagers stand among the public. They search for words and guide us back to our own memories of childhood. Gradually, images of everyday childhood experiences give place to images of powerlessness and descriptions of what happens in the body and the brain during abuse. Kaldor’s new piece “Woe” is a co-production with HAU Hebbel am Ufer mixes reality with dreams and tests the limits of empathy.

Produktion: Stichting Kata / Edit Kaldor. A House on Fire co-production; with the support of the Culture Programme of the European Union.
