• Concessions

  A limited number of discount tickets is available for students, young people doing voluntary civil service, welfare recipients, recipients of unemployment services I/II, disabled persons with identification, young people doing military service, work trainees, and those receiving assistance in the context of asylum. An identification card must be presented in person in order to qualify for the discount.
  
  There are also a certain number of Sozialtickets available to those holding a Sozialkarte / Berlinpass (recipients of ALG-II). These tickets may only be acquired at the venue box offices immediately before the performances. Premieres and special events excluded.
  
  The severely disabled who are qualified to bring an accompanying person (marked 'B' on the disability identity card) receive one ticket each for themselves and the accompanying person at a 50% discount. We kindly request that wheelchair users notify us at least one day in advance before a performance. Handicapped accessible restrooms can be found in HAU1 and HAU2.
  
  The TanzCard costs 15€ annually and is not transferrable. You get 20% off on a regular ticket for all our dance performances. The tanzcard can be purchased at the HAU2 box office. For more information on the tanzcard go to: www.tanzraumberlin.de/tanzcard

• Advance Sales & Reservations

  Advance sales generally begin on the first of the month for performances in the following month. Subject to exceptions. Tickets can be reserved by telephone or directly at the box office. Reservations to be picked up directly before the performance are only possible in exceptional cases.

• Payments, Returns, Terms & Conditions

  Advance tickets purchased by telephone can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). EC Card payment is possible when picking up tickets at the box office. Online sales can be paid for by credit card, SOFORT-Überweisung [bank transfer] and PayPal. When booking online, you also have the option of printing the tickets yourself at home. Exchange and return of paid tickets is only possible in the case of programme changes. You can find our terms and conditions of business here (in German).

• HAU-Cards & Gift Certificates
  

  The 10-visit ticket
  80 Euros for 10 single tickets or 5 pairs to HAU events. Available at the advanced sales box office. Not valid for special events or seats in category 1 at HAU1.
  
  The 8-visit ticket for students
  50 Euros for 8 single tickets to HAU events. Valid for 12 months and only on presentation of a student ID. The ticket is not transferable. Not valid for special events or seats in category 1 at HAU1

  Gift Certificates 

  Gift certificates are available in various amounts at the advanced sales box office at HAU2. Certificates can also be ordered by email at service@hebbel-am-ufer.de and sent by post.
