The Allure of Gold and Other Solidarity Stories

Das Ziel von “The Allure of Gold and Other Solidarity Stories” ist es, symbolische Ausdrücke geopolitischer Solidarität in der Kunst zu reflektieren. Im YAAM wird es ein diskursives Programm mit Vorträgen, Filmvorführungen, Installationen, Improvisation, Aufschlüsselungen und einer Club Night geben. Die Ausstellung im HAU2 bietet einen Ort für eine Plakatwand, interaktive Installationen und Drucke, die die Materialität von Solidarität untersuchen, mit zum Beispiel Bannern, Briefen, Musik, Videos und Publikationen. Sie ist Teil des größeren Projekts Thath’i Cover Okestra Vol. 5, welches am 15. und 16. Juni im HAU2 in Form eines Konzerts stattfindet.
