Ticket Refund

According to the recent decision by the federal and state governments, art and cultural institutions are to be closed for the public again from 2 November onwards to prevent a further spread of Covid-19. For this reason, HAU Hebbel am Ufer cancels all analog events from 2 to 30 November. During this period, tickets will be sold exclusively via our online ticket store.

Customers who bought tickets for this period online will be automatically refunded by our ticketing service Reservix. Customers who purchased their tickets at the box-office are requested to contact us via service@hebbel-am-ufer.de. Please state your full name.
