FEELINGS “is this a good time?”
In the interactive messenger game “is this a good time?” by the Berlin-based collective FEELINGS, the audience plays the lead character, chats, navigates through video games and makes decisions that change the course of the story.
You return to the village where you grew up. Your late grandmother’s house needs to be cleared out. Amidst fields, woods and packed boxes, you use your mobile to check in with the city and message people from the village. Familiar faces, secrets and ghosts emerge, bringing forgotten heartache and new conflicts to the surface: where do you give in, and where do you stand your ground? What do you unearth, and what do you leave behind?
