Since the performances of “a name / שם” take place during the week of the Jewish holiday Purim, Ariel Efraim Ashbel and friends invite everyone to join a costume party after the show. Feel free to stay after the performances or simply come to HAU2 at 8:30 PM!
On Purim, masquerades are celebrated – not only as a way to embrace inauthenticity but also to explore the liberating potential of escaping one’s ‘true’ identity, even for a moment. All guests are warmly invited to choose a new name, wear a costume, or step into a chosen persona. Grab a drink with Ariel Efraim Ashbel & Friends and dare to set the dance floor in motion to the sounds of the legendary DJ Obstsalat.
There are two marked parking spots in front of the building. Barrier-free restroom facilities are available. Four relaxed seats are available in the first row of HAU2.
