Best of 100° Berlin 2015

An unusual love story told in an equally unusual way. How could you top a story about a woman who does research on a dolphin and then falls in love with it? Not to mention a singing dolphin, who commits suicide when the two are separated. Based on real events, this story is the starting point of this interdisciplinary project, which contains: highly skilled face-choreography, engaging video art, our favourite soundtrack and even a meditation that crossed the ocean.

The story moved us, the impressive energy and joy of the performers and the unconventional format was convincing. Although there might be room for improvement, this multilayered and fresh work simply mesmerized us with its mind-blowing performers. We fell in love with Peter, the dolphin and Dolphin_who_loved_me!

100°- jury verdict.
