‘Splash!’ / ‘Boom!’ / ‘Crash!’ In SHE LEGEND the choreographer duo Rykena / Jüngst devote themselves to comic heroes and reverse their stereotypes into fluid, queer, heroic alternatives. The performers slip into the roles of well-known and unknown superheroes, transform themselves into retro-futuristic hybrid beings and invent new superpowers for a contemporary mythology in movement. In dance and sounds they examine their own heroicness and embody non-conform figures between cyborgs, antihero/ines and their accomplices as a challenge to a masculinised (solo) heroism.
