To mark the end of the Kurdish Women's Culture Days 2025, HAU is organising a concert together with “Cênî - Kurdish Women's Office for Peace” on the occasion of International women’s day: the prominent Kurdish singers Dîlan Top and Sheyda Ghavami combine traditional melodies and lyrics with modern musical elements to reinterpret Kurdish folk songs. In doing so, they appeal to a broad target group, especially in the Kurdish diaspora. The evening, on which they will be on stage with other guests, is a tribute to the cultural diversity, strength and unwavering spirit of Kurdish women.
