Creamcake’s 3hd 2025: Vertigo

Shifting Ground: Lewis Walker & Michele Occelli “Move Hypno”

  • Workshop
English /  180 mins.

Developed by Lewis Walker and hypnotherapist Michele Occelli, “Move Hypno” combines music, movement, and hypnosis. This class invites you to fully inhabit your body and mind – invigorating breath, deepening sensory awareness, and tuning your nervous system.

In each session, we’ll deliberately slow our pace, then build momentum to release habitual patterns.
The space supports expression, self-inquiry, creativity, and sensitivity – fostering growth for the individual and group. “Move Hypno” welcomes both playfulness and healing, offering a place where you can feel fully embodied and connected.
Whether you want to expand your movement practice or explore altered states, “Move Hypno” offers a clear, inviting path to deepen personal growth.

Walker will present the solo evening performance “Bornsick” after the daytime workshop. This work continues the investigation into inherited systems and the search for solid self on unstable terrain.
