Die Wilde Jagd: Release concert for “ophio” | Valerie Renay

Part of “Spirits, Jinns & Avatars”

Music

Porträt von Valerie Renay
Portrait of Valerie Renay

With the allegory of a perpetual moulting as an image for transformation, Die Wilde Jagd transfer the symbolism of the snake into loops of electronics and avant-pop on their fourth album. Their concert in HAU will be visually enhanced by artist Caroline Barrueco using AI. The evening opens with Valerie Renay’s haunting, sombre compositions rooted in elegant new wave.
