Juana Molina

  • Music

The psychedelic art folk music of Juana Molina floats between waking and dreaming. Her songs are feather-light, but still immensely complicated in their rhythm and harmonies, whispered almost beneath the limits of perception. Listening to them, one can hardly believe that the singer and guitarist was a popular comedy star in her native Argentina, with a show of her own, before she turned to music at the end of the ‘90s. After a long creative break, Juana Molina is now presenting her new album “Wed 21” – her first in five years.
