FUCK ME

  • Dance
With English surtitles /  Spanish /  approx. 70 mins.

“I always saw myself as the center of attention, as a heroine who takes revenge on everyone and everything. But my body wasn't strong enough. Today I give my place to the performers and watch them give their bodies to my narcissistic cause.” Indeed, in “FUCK ME,” dancer Marina Otero sits at the edge of the stage and has five naked men dance for her. In contrast to the indestructible musclemen, Otero relentlessly recounts the marks life has left on her body. As ambiguous as its title, “FUCK ME” is both a radically open-hearted life piece and a radical critique of meritocracy.
