With the award for international productions the sex-positive movement celebrates sensual and consensual alternatives to the mainstream. This year’s emphasis will lie on the question of stereotypes in (feminist) porn. Nominees such as Loree Erickson, dedicated representative of Crip Porn, Sadie Lune, as barrier crossing performer and enlightenment figure, Wayne Yung, creator of feminist-gay films and Nan Kinney, pioneer from the 80s with the first lesbian porn production company Fatale Media. Anna Brownfield will join us with her critical feature film “The Band”. Also, film maker Adina Pintilie (award winner of the golden bear) will join us with her film “Touch me not”. The film questions and extends our sexual viewpoints, naturally also the ones of and about people with disabilities. Prof. Linda Williams will accompany the ceremony as a distinguished expert on porn studies.

Moderation: Dr. Laura Méritt and Janina Rook, known by her feminist comedy podcast “Unverschämt" at RBB.

The public award ceremony is for adults only and will be held in German and English language. Further information at www.poryes.de
