Programme

The band Kulku was founded in 2002 by Wenzlovar and Johanna Riska and has been playing in various constellations ever since. Kulku also includes: Talis Silde, Maxfield Gassmann, Gatis Silde, Simone Riedel and Cornelius Onitsch. Kulku creates spaces with raw, organic, minimalist sound and transforms them into raucous profound happenings. Expressive vocals alternate with sinking into polyrhythmic drums and drone sounds produced by a wide range of acoustic instruments.
