Biography

Suryakant Sawhney is a musician who comes from Delhi (India). Using the pseudonym Lifafa for his solo work he predominantly makes electronic music, and has already appeared at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt at the festival “Worldtronics” (2013) and “Doofe Music” (2014). In addition he is a singer and guitarist for the band Peter Cat Recording Co., whose music moves between psychedelic rock, gypsy jazz and cabaret. Suryakant Sawhney has also appeared at the HKW in Berlin with Peter Cat Recording Co.
