Moderation: Paul Hanford
London-based composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Tony Njoku joins journalist and BBC “Lost and Sound” host Paul Hanford for an intimate listening session.
Following his 2026 instrumental EP “A World of Bodies on Fire”, Njoku offers a first preview of a new project and speaks about a practice where electronic abstraction, ambient textures and classical composition meet raw emotion and vivid storytelling. His recent music traces the shifting boundaries between body, self and environment, moving between intimate confession and cinematic scale. With recordings including “All Our Knives Are Always Sharp”, Njoku has emerged as a singular voice in contemporary experimental music.
