Since 2012, Bulgarian-born, Berlin-based singer and songwriter Dena (aka Denitza Todorova) has established a unique brand of DIY pop and R&B. Over the course of her musical career, Dena has collaborated with Mocky, Erlend Øye, Eyedress and more, developing the sound, lyrics and production tools to narrate her story. In Spring 2021 Dena collaborated on the club hit “Make It Stay” with German producers Phillip Lauer and Gerd Janson, which is ever since being played at festivals and dance-floors around the globe. In May 2024 Dena & Lauer released their collaboration album “Hyacinth” via the label Permanent Vacation.

Open Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., kitchen open until 3:00 p.m.
On performance days, WAU remains open until 2 hours after the end of the performance.
On weekend performance days, WAU is open 1.5 hours before and 2 hours after the performance, with the kitchen open.
On Saturdays and Sundays without performances, WAU is closed.

Access: Entry to the WAU at HAU2 is at ground level. There are two designated parking spaces in front of the building (in Großbeerenstraße).
Sanitary facilities: There are sanitary facilities for people with disabilities.
