Exorzieren statt Exerzieren

The West-African expression 'puriger' is adapted from French, 'purger', to purge. The Ivorian actors in the team certainly know one effective recipe: take an enema of hot chilli pepper essence, and whatever has been obstructing your gut will be got rid of. Elicit from the body those things weighing on your mind which exercise control over your body and deform it. In their new performance Gintersdofer/Klaßen are looking at these links between the body and the mind. The international ensemble from Argentina, Germany and Côte d'Ivoire will guarantee a change of perspective.
