Ficção / Fiction

Part of the festival Projeto Brasil - The Sky Is Already Falling

7 hours Admission between the monolgues is possible. Intermissions approx. at 8-8.30pm and 10.30-11pm.

“Ficção” is a theatre marathon in which the individual actors talk about their lives in one-hour monologues. There are six wonderfully strange and at the same time very familiar-sounding, honest stories of growing up, vulnerability and self-discovery in relation to their family traditions and cultural background. The texts distill all their internal contradictions into a complex, moving image of life in São Paulo.

Order of monologues:

1. Maria Amélia Farah

2. Luciana Paes

3.  Paula Picareli

4. Thiago Amaral

5. Aline Filócomo
