PorYes − Feminist Porn Award 2021

Fuck the Norms Away!

  • Dialogue
  • Film
approx. 120 min.

For over 10 years, the Film Award for Feminist Pornography has celebrated respectful portrayals of diverse genders and consensual sexualities. In this decade, a sex-positive movement has established itself that places feminist emphasis on education and sexual knowledge transfer. Feminist Porn enjoys media publicity, is a research topic at universities and part of film festivals. The Feminist Porn Film Award is organised by the Freudenfluss Network around Laura Méritt and Polly Fannlaf. International films or life works of people from different generations are awarded. Under the motto “Fuck the norms away!” the following nominees show their sextravagant approaches: Morgana Muses lives sexuality without an expiry date, Del LaGrace Volcano accompanies the queer sex scene as a long-time artist and gender-turbulent chronicler, and Marit Östberg is a passionately committed filmmaker of closeness. Pioneer Nenna Joiner performs exclusively with Black lesbians and Lina Bembe educates about sex and porn sex workers.

Moderation: Dr. Laura Méritt and Comedienne Janina Rook.
The public award ceremony is for adults only and will be held in German and English language. Further information at www.poryes.de
