Nelisiwe Xaba & Mocke J. van Veuren

Uncles and Angels / Scars & Cigarettes

  • Dance

In this duo, Nelisiwe Xaba and Mocke J. van Veuren take on traditional concepts of chastity, virginity, and purity. At the same time they cast an ironic gaze at the interaction between the body and the projections directed at it.
